Mepps

    Mepps is a cat, one of the four members of Fat Cat's gang.

    It looks like he has had a many adventures in the past. His torn ear and constantly bandaged tail is proof of that.

    Mepps is far from being a genius. Actually, he doesn't need much brains - thinking is a prerogative of the boss. Obviously he competes with Wart for being the "right hand" of Fat Cat. Mepps also performs some (simple enough) duties of Fat Cat's casino management.
