Jolly Roger

    The first mate of the pirat's ship.

    At first his crew lived under the water in the sunken ship, with help of the Rescue Rangers, they became surface pirats.

    Under his command worked: Arvey, Young Ned, Stormy and some other rats.

    Appeared in the episodes: "Piratsy Under the Seas" (#04), "Chipwrecked Shipmunks" (#31).
