The Weather Amplifier was developed by Gadget
and used by members of the Team as a unit. In this case Gadget used
Monty as a "live antenna".
The Weather Amplifier was intended to thwart Nimnul's
crime in the episode "Weather or Not" (#36).
Monty's tail was used as a weather-sensing device. A sensor attached to it,
received signal and reproduced them via an amplifier. An electronic circuit
amplify the signal and converts it into position data. Then with simple
2D plotter information about the next crime location is plotted
on the city map, which is fixed onto a map-case.
