The Mini Plunger Elevators is a multi-purpose invention assembled by
Gadget.
It represents a compact analogue of the Plunger Elevators
with some differences. It is used when someone needs to reach some object or to raise
Rescue Rangers to out-of-the-way places.
For the base of the MPE Gadget used a pencil (a small piece of one - to
make it more compact). At the cloistered part of it a spring is attached, which
is kept in a compressed state by a special pawl. In front of the spring
is a plunger with a rope. The rope is coiled at handle.
The principe of operation: when pawl is released the spring, straightens
and pushes the plunger forward. When the plunger with the rope reaches a target, it
sticks to it.
