Explosive Kit

We all know that the Rescue Rangers use explosives. For example in the episode "Zipper Come Home" (#51) the Rescue Rangers blew the door from their own kitchen!

The equipment for that was made by Gadget, and looks like usual detonator. But Gadget mentioned that reaction was belated, which can be interpretted in two ways.

Probably she used as explosive of her own design instead of TNT.

Or, there was something wrong with an electronic circuit which was integrated into the detonator.
