The Plungo-Popper (as named by Gadget) represents a cross between a vehicle
and a shooting device.
The launcher is installed on the surface of the massive wheeled base.
The launcher is a kind of a crossbow, that launches suction cup darts
instead of arrows.
The short arms projecting from the surface of the Plungo-Popper control the
direction of the dart.
To launch a dart, a rubber band, tied to the arms of the crossbow, is used.
A special trigger allows a remote-controlled launch. Also, the tension of
the rubber band can be
adjusted using a tri-valve adapter, located on the side of the machine
