The Transmitter is one of the electronic devices, invented by
Gadget.
It was intended for negotiations by the Rescue Rangers
while they were conducting an investigation.
There is a radio earphone and a tiny radio microphone as a unit.
The tiny radio microphone also has a speaker and can be used as a
eavesdropping device.
Based on the appearance of the Transmitter, it was assembled with an electronic tube
and some transistors. But it doesn't means that she didn't use microchips.
